Looking Back: Whisky since 1996

Our journey began in 1996, a year that marked the inception of our whisky production. Initially, we experimented with bock beer, collaborating with the Hera Brewery. This unique approach laid the groundwork for our future endeavors in whisky distillation.

By 1998, we took a significant leap forward, transitioning to pure whisky production using grain. This pivotal moment allowed us to craft our very first finished product, the Nockland Whisky, also known as the Warp Demold Virgin. This virgin whisky was a testament to our dedication to quality and innovation.

Transition to Grain-Based Whisky Production

The shift to grain-based whisky production was not just a change in ingredients; it was a transformation of our entire process. This transition allowed us to explore new flavor profiles and aging techniques, expanding our offerings to include a range of exceptional products.

Our initial efforts were focused on creating a smooth, approachable whisky that would appeal to both connoisseurs and newcomers alike. The result was a spirit that captured the essence of our philosophy: a blend of tradition and innovation.

The Giuseppe Series & Triple Method

Among our notable creations is the Giuseppe Series, named in honor of my son. This series celebrates the artistry of whisky-making and pays homage to our roots. The Giuseppe whisky is a reflection of our commitment to excellence and craftsmanship.

As we ventured into the 2000 vintage, we introduced the Double Meteor and, subsequently, the Triple Meteor. The Triple Meteor is particularly special, as it undergoes an extended aging process in casks, resulting in a complex flavor profile that whisky lovers cherish.

WOB Mariage: Fruit Meets Whisky

One of our most exciting innovations is the WOB Mariage, a groundbreaking blend of fruit distillate and whisky. This unique product showcases our creativity and willingness to experiment with flavors. We initially launched two variations: one infused with damson and another with orange blossom muscat.

These blends were a hit, demonstrating the versatility of whisky and its ability to harmonize with fruit. While these specific products have sold out, they represent a significant milestone in our journey toward expanding the whisky experience.
