His new line of products introduces a breath of fresh air into the world of spirits. "Essenz DÖ WOB" classifies the substance of a WOB distillate as either cask strength (CS) or full gradation (FG).
- The distillates are highly aromatic and strong, with an alcoholic content of 71% (FG) and 57% (CS) respectively.
- FG distillates (71% abv) are apple, grapes, Williams pear & plum
- CS distillates (57% abv): apple barrique
